This dataset contains one record per certified nursing home facility in the United States, including the CMS star ratings for overall quality, health inspections, staffing, and quality measures, as well as facility demographic information such as address, ownership type, and bed count. It is updated monthly.

Data Currency

CMS publishes updated data in the first two days of each month. This site updates its database on the 3rd of each month. Each facility page shows the CMS processing date for that facility's record.
